The mining tire vehicle, is one of the important coal mine auxiliary transportation equipment, which is more and more widely popularized and applied in coal mines. The working brake is the main component of the braking system of the mining tire vehicle.It is used to prevent motion or the movement trend of the mining tire vehicle and can spin down or stop role in the course of the vehicle. So the performance of brakes has a direct impact on the overall performance of the vehicle.The subject uses the cover and plate of the brake used in the front wheel of the mining tire vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the cover and plate) as the object of study. The secondary development platform of CAXA electronic board EBADS is used as the support; Microsoft Visual C++6.0software (hereinafter referred to as VC++6.0) is used as the secondary development environment; C++language is used as the secondary development language and the object-oriented programming method is adopted. The main research work has been carried out as follows.First, by analyzing the whole structure of the mining tire vehicle’front wheel brake, the structure shape and characteristics of the cover and plate are extracted and size relations and constraint relations of the prototype are retained. Then the parametric design variables are determined, the parametric mathematical model of the plate and cover is established.Second, by researching Access database technology, the dimensional database of O-ring groove of the plate and coverd and so on. Then the database is accessed and called by using the ADO database access technology, and the SQL query language.Third, in the application framework generated by the software VC++6.0, the parametric design and drawing program of the plate and cover of the brake is written with C++Language, then compile the connection and debug the application.Fourth, The entire system interface design (add resources such as menus, dialog boxes and keyboard shortcuts) is finished with the object-oriented programming method. Eventually, the parametric design and drawing program of the plate and cover of the mining tire vehicle’front wheel brake is formed,by integrating application interface program modules into CAXA.Fifth, Statics analysis of the plateEstablish three-dimensional model of the plate in Pro/E, And then imported into ANSYS static analysis.To verify the rationality of the design of the plate.This system is highly relevant and practical. For the same type of the similar structure and different dimensions of the mining tire vehicle’front wheel brake,when the cover and plate is designed, just enter the key dimensions of design parameters, then the working diagram and the schematic of the cover or plate can be drawn up quickly in CAXA. It can greatly improve the method of design and modification for the cover and plate,and increase the design flexibility and reuse of design data and so on, thus the design efficiency and quality is enhanced. The development of system has a higher value to the serial, standardized and normalized design of the mining tire vehicle’brake.
