In the environment of global industrialization process, single hydraulic prop is suitablefor different coal mining working faces, roof conditions and mine pressure, which can be usedon any supporting plane in the coal seam dip Angle below35owith metal articulated roofbeam. Based on the operating conditions, outside injection single hydraulic prop is analyzedunder the condition of static load and impact load.The working principle, characteristics and main structural parameters of DW28singlehydraulic prop are analyzed, and the three-dimensional structure model is established by3Dsoftware Pro/ENGINEER. The static model for strength analysis is established under thestatic load, and its strength and stability are calculated and analyzed based on the theory of thetheoretical mechanics, mechanics of materials and other traditional mechanics, and thesimulation analysis is processed through ANSYS finite element analysis software. The causesof the two results are obtained by contrast.The impact load of DW28single hydraulic pillar is treated with the qualities of anobject’s falling, so by constructing a force equal to the quality of the working resistancewhich falls freely in a certain height and effects on the pillar roof components as the impactload model, the impact model is set up through the related structural parameters. By usingthe theory of mechanical vibration, the main vibration equation of DW28single hydraulicprop is established, and the main factors influencing the internal pressure changes are got bythe selection of different initial position parameters. The rule of stress and plastic strain wereanalyzed by using the simulation method of LS-DYNA explicit dynamic finite elementsoftware.Through the study of DW28single hydraulic prop on the main load cases with theanalysis method which is close to the actual conditions, some data is provided for the designof engineering and technical personnel to promote the development process of coal miningmachinery products.
