With the advancement of industrialization process in our country,the demands and dependence on oil becomes stronger in development of national economy.However,with this nonrenewable energy consumes unlicensed,amount of oil underground contain is shrinking and mining is more difficult year by year,it is a great challenge for oil mining.This thesis based on beam pumping unit as the main equipment of oil exploitation and its poor energy saving performance,analysis the energy saving mechanism,application status and problems of existing energy saving pumping units.According to requirements of playing well productivity best,basing on energy saving,prolong equipment life underneath,work-over period on well fixing and a good economy in deep well production and heavy oil exploitation,hereby put forward a new type of energy saving hydraulic pumping unit,most importantly mechanical structure design was used here,simulation on hydraulic system and contrast to data from experiment,calculate its energy saving performance.Identifying that this new type of hydraulic pumping unit is lower install power,light weight of total engine,small cover area and obvious energy saving performance.At first this thesis explain why traditional beam pumping unit is low energy saving performance and necessity of energy saving,states the development of hydraulic pumping units both at home and abroad,produce the future development trend of pumping units.Then researching on energy saving mechanism of energy saving beam pumping unit which are now used,stating objectively whose energy saving performance and existing problems,in order to introduce the necessity of hydraulic pumping unit.Then design hydraulic pumping unit system,identifying the parameters of every part in this system,selecting types for each device,perfecting overall layout of pumping unit.ANSYS/workbench software was used to do rack and guide pulley static structural analysis and modal analysis,do transient thermal—structural analysis on brake system,research on equivalent stress and total deformation status.Through the simulation we know that total deformation of mechanical parts is smaller then expected and equivalent stress is smaller than required,brake thermal deformation and stress are within the limit of demands.So it is complied with design requirements.At last using MATLAB/simulink software do simulation analysis on hydraulic system,researching on parameters which influence system performance,analyzing the simulate outcomes.By the simulation it is known that motor's rotate speed that was simulated is equivalent to calculated through the theory,quantitatively analyze parameters that influence accumulator's operation,the result shows that theory is accurate.
