Our country not only breeds a larger number of pigs but also consumes pork products every year. In recent years, the safety problem of pork products appears frequently, which has seriously affected consumer’s confidence in food safety issues. Tracking and tracing the entire process-from production to consumption and obtainning the pork safety information of various aspects in the supply chain have a very important practical significance to ensure the safety of pork products.Through the research on technology related to RFID (radio frequency identification) and Zigbee, an advanced Pork-product-tracking system has been designed in this thesis so as to realizing the safety information management of pork product. The system is mainly using RFID tags as traceability information carrier of pork product and using RFID technology as automatic identification for data automatic identification, acquisition, and input into the Server, which provide an information transmission basis for tracking and identification of pork product "Identity", so that a complete and accurate pork product supply chain can be built. According to the actual conditions and requirements of Luchuan Shen Long Wang Pig Breeding Group in Yulin, GX, through the research on the process of pig breeding, slaughtering, processing, pork wholesale and retail, this thesis proposes an overall design scheme for the Pork-product-tracking system based on B/S structure. In the information acquisition phase, using zigbee wireless network technology to construct the networking, the drawbacks such as low mobility and agility, high consumption and cost in cable means can be solved. Finally, this thesis further analyzes and designs the particular implementation of the hardware and software in the Pork-product-tracking system and gives an operation example in the local lab server. Therefore, not only can the data information of pork product be checked out according to the source code in the process from production to sales, but also the safety information of pork product can be traced through the tag number on the pig ear.The whole system designed in this thesis can satisfy the practical needs of pork product whole life cycle management and can accomplish the whole process supervise of pork products so as to make the consumers buy them with confidence and eat them with satisfaction.
