The number of the miners died in the instant of fire,explsion and other accidents is very few of all the death doll.The vast majority of miners are died in choking or poisoning on the way of escaping.Some reasons,such as that mine production technical level is relatively backward in our country,lead to all kinds of caol mine accidents all the time.In order to reduce the accident death toll and increase the probability of survival of the miners after accidents,to establish an emergency safety facilities for coal mine accident emergency rescue is a must.In the process of emergency safety facilities’ research,the design basis of life support system,as the core part of emergency safety facilities,has not been solved. So high standard of design has been applied all the time. So that the solution cost of life support system is too high,and the progress of emergency safety system in our country has been affected. So the purpose of this paper is to research on the life support system within emergency safety facilities,and establish a set of solutions widely used in emergency safety facilities,to push the process of emergency safety system in coal industry of our country.In this paper,two kinds of mathematical model is established based on the individual human survival parameters for calculating the cooling rate, oxygen consumption rate and carbon dioxide emissions of body in the emergency safety facilities.And using mine-used movable lifesaving cabin that has been developed by Xi’an BOSSUN mining safety technology Co.,LTD as the main body of experiment,We built experiment platform for emergency hedge reality simulation.Using the measured data of experiment,two kinds of mathematical model are corrected.The optimal mathematical model selected deed the design basis of the life support system within emergency safety facilities.In this study,a set of solutions widely used in emergency safety facilities is established.
