We studied the synthesis of1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one in the first section.The impotant applications of1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one and its derivatives in the field of marine antifouling,pestieides are reviewed. In the paper synthetic routes and process conditions of1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one and its derivatives were discussed briefly The parts are in cluded as follows:1. We compared all the routes of the synthesis of1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one in a great deal of literature. After thinking about the economic benefit,the environment problems and the feasibility in chemical production,a convenient process for synthesis of1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one has been achieved by reaction of chlorobenzonitrile and sodium methyl mercaptide with sulfuryl chloride in chlorobenzene.2. We optimized the process conditions of1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one,and have solved the problem of low purity and low yield.We studied the synthesis of Glucoside biological reagents in the second section. With the development of biological engineering and genetic engineering, demand for Glucoside biological reagents become more and more frequent.Focused on the synthetic routes and process conditions of Glucoside biological reagents, the parts are in cluded as follows:1. We compared all the routes of the synthesis of Glucoside biological reagent in a great deal of literature. After thinking about the economic benefit,the environment problems and the feasibility in chemical produetion,A facilitate process for synthesis of D-galactose and D-glucose has been achieved by reaction of acetylation which to protect all the hydroxyl groups,reacts with hydrogen bromide acetic acid solution to generate bromine content, and then the corresponding ligands generated corresponds to Glucoside biological reagents.2. We optimized the process conditions of Glucoside biological reagents,and have solved the problem of low purity and low yield which greatly improved the product yield to90%.
