In the period of“Twelve-Five”，Food safety and environmental pollution problemscaused by food waste has became the focus of the State Council and academia, As thereis no successful domestic experience，52project spilot of food waste collection,transportation and treatment carried out in China.Basically majority of these projects are atthe stage of preparation and construction.In order to make standardized guidance, thenational housing and urban-rural construction "on the issuance of the2011projectconstruction standards formulation, the revised plan the notification of domestic foodwaste treatment works"(Jianbiao [2011] No.17) issued "mealskitchen garbage treatmentplant operation and maintenance of the preparation tasks.The paper concluded the the core and hot topics in the research field of food wastethrough scientometric analysis for5833pieces of food waste SCI papers from the year1997to2011, and it carried out the research of food waste production and compositioncharacteristics, the food waste separate collector system and the key collection container,interface development, the key technology of food waste resource pretreatment and theestablishment of operation and maintenance technical regulations for the food wastetreatment plant combining some domestic pilot project research of food waste and fieldtesting, the comparative study of domestic and international standards, the data providedfrom design scientific research institutions, the expert technical support, etc. The mainresearch contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) based on the the SCI scientific measurement method analysis and food wasteengineering research, come to the "point of order" in the anaerobic digestion of domesticfood waste processing mainstream technology roadmap.Food waste SCI measurement Research learned that food waste anaerobic digestionas mainstream research directions, oil, energy, carbon emissions will study the focus ofattention, the main direction of the food kitchen waste treatment plant engineering.(2) Based on the characteristics table of food waste yield calculation and differentareas of food waste ingredients, form approach food waste quality control, component testing, preparation of the the screening run core technology provisions.(3) the preparation of food waste collection, transportation mode and the interfacedevice, the formation of the core provisions of the preparation of the treatment plantreceiving system run. Come to the "point of order" in the mainstream of our food wastecollection, transportation routes and receiving system run the core control parameters.(4) Based on the study of food waste pretreatment engineering technology, standards,form a the core technical provisions of the treatment plant pretreatment system running.Come to a "point of order" in the mainstream food waste pretreatment technologyroadmap and process design.(5) Based on the study of the anaerobic digestion of food waste engineering, standardpreparation of anaerobic digestion the core technical provisions of the main processingsystem is running. Come to the "point of order" the two mainstream anaerobic digestiontechnology roadmap and core control parameters.
