The Corrugated Machine by facer support box, corrugated, corrugated cardboardforming system components. The support box is an important part the corrugatedsystem. It is the basis of installing bearings, corrugated, guide rollers and other parts andit consists of the base plate, two side plates and three pull beams connected to throughbolts.In this paper, DWC type Corrugated Machine of Jingshan Light IndustryMachinery Company Limited for the study, In order to solve large vibration and noiseproblems at the production process for reflect, adopt method is the finite element andexperimental,to a detailed theoretical analysis and experimental testing for CorrugatedMachine support box structures, obtained the stress distribution and deformation of thesupport box structures, based on the analysis and test results to optimization the boxstructure in order to achieve the purpose of reducing vibration and noise.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)By three-dimensional solid modeling software Pro/E5.0. parametric design tobuild support housing3D models. According The Corrugated Machine working underload conditions, to theoretical mechanics for the box. Get the box structure stresssituation.(2) Based on mechanical vibration, mechanical manufacturing equipment, elasticmechanics, used finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0, Corrugated Machinesupport box for a detailed structural finite element analysis. Finite element analysisincluding static analysis and modal analysis.Static analysis to identify the position of themaximum and minimum stress distribution, So that can be found in the support box areaof weakness. Modal analysis to get their first ten natural frequencies.(3) Adopt Danish B&K company acoustics and vibration measurement analysisinstrument, get noise distribution area and vibration spectrum distribution area.Analysis vibration spectrum for each measurement point, verify box structure finiteelement static analysis and modal anslysis of the accuracy and reliability.(4) According to the experimental data and finite element analysis results,Corrugating Machine the supporting box Structural Optimization. The new structuraldesign methods include structural improvements and thin-walled cabinet dampingmaterial posted. On the one hand improves the stress distribution DWC typeCorrugating Machine, increased housing stiffness, deformation of the vibration isreduced, improving the natural frequency, noise reduction20db.
