Research On Industrial Ecological Transition And Its Spatial Organization Of Songhua River Basin(Jilin Province)

In today, with the green and ecological civilization rising, industrialecological transition has become the main rhythm of industrydevelopment and aroused the concern of the government, scholars andenterprises. Industrial ecological transition is a human introspection onanti-ecological characteristics of traditional industrial system, it’s a newindustrial development pattern which can effectively promote industrysustained, healthy and stable development, that we find it in the processof human practice of sustainable development thought. At present, thedomestic and foreign scholars have done lots and fruitful research aroundthe relevant theories and methods of industrial ecological transition.However, the studies are still rare that the river basin as the basic researchunit, analyzing their economic, social and ecological environment,measure their level, determine the influencing factors and explore theirspatial organization of industrial ecological transition.In order to solvethis problem, on the basis of industrial ecological transition-relatedstudies, this paper attempts to analyze the necessity and basic conditionsof industrial ecological transition, select some scientific and reasonableevaluation index system to measure the level of industrial ecologicaltransition, then to determine the factors affecting of industrial ecologicaltransition. Finally, the spatial organization of industrial ecologicaltransition are analyzed. Main contents of the thesis are as follows:The first part is the basic reviewed that the related theories ofindustrial ecological transition and research progress. Some relatedconcepts about industrial ecological transition are discriminated, theoriesrelated to the industrial ecological transition and research progress are comprehensive review, not only achieve a further understanding ofindustrial ecology, but also further clear the point in this paper.In the second part the background of industrial ecological transitionin Songhua River Basin are analyzed, including economic and socialbasis and the ecological environment and water-environment qualityevolution, summarizes the necessity and urgency of river basin ecologicalindustry development; the article summarizes the industrial structure andits evolution characteristics, and industry agglomeration was measured,the development condition of industrial ecological transition is alsosummarized in this part.The main contents in the third part are level of industrial ecologicaltransition and factors. This article selects the17indexes, using theentropy weight method to determine index weight and the level ofindustrial ecological transition was measured using the comprehensiveindex method. Base on that, we analyze the dynamic change and spacedisparity of Songhua River Basin on level of industrial ecologicaltransition. And then factors are also explored in this part, in order toexplore the breakthrough to improve the level of industrial ecologicaltransition.At last, the spatial organization of industrial ecological transition ispresented. Reasonable industrial spatial organization is the importantguarantee to promote the development of industrial ecology, therefore, inthis paper, based on the measure of the level of industrial spatialorganization, the industrial spatial organization are analyzed from thedifferent scale, and we choose typical cases to conduct an empiricalanalysis, summarizes the problems, put forward countermeasures andsuggestions, clear the development direction and key areas in the future.
