The safety and reliability of chemical instrumentation equipment is closely related to the safety and efficiency of the entire production process.In the event of failure of the instrumentation equipment,small ones affect the production and operation,and most of them cause casualties or even major accidents;at the same time,the asset cost and labor cost formed by instrument and equipment inspection and maintenance are also important components during the project operation period.Therefore,instrumentation equipment The role of maintenance and management in the process industry is crucial,and it is an important part of ensuring the smooth production and operation of the company.In this research process,Risk Based Inspection(RBI)technology is applied,and risk identification and evaluation methods such as expert communication method,fault tree analysis,and check list analysis are applied,from the probability of failure,degree of damage,and management factors.,The four aspects of maintainability quantify the risk indicators of instrumentation equipment,and establish a risk assessment model.With Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA),overhaul and optimization of pneumatic diaphragm control valve provide theoretical basis and practical reference for maintenance personnel,thereby reducing average maintenance time and improving inspection efficiency.According to the risk assessment model,the optimization of the safety instrument system can be used to reduce the test cycle,the use of smart instruments,select the instrument with the average risk of low failure rate,redundant configuration of the instrument and a combination of multiple modes Reduce the SIL risk level;for safety valves,at the same safety integrity level,if you shorten the PST test interval,you can extend the FST test interval.By increasing the frequency of the PST and reducing the test interval,it can largely ensure that the safety valve performance cannot be guaranteed because the overhaul period is too long,but the partial stroke test cannot replace the full stroke test.
