Currently, with the development of the computer technology and artificialintelligent technology, the welding technology is moving in the direction of thedevelopment of digital, integration, intelligent. Resistance spot welding as animportant branch, is an important welding method. It widely used in industrialproduction, especially in automotive, aerospace, household appliances. Now,resistance spot welding equipment has three main types: single-phase ac spot welding,three-phase secondary rectifier welding and inverter spot welding. However, thedevelopment of resistance welding power source with high efficiency and energysaving is the theme of the21st century. Three-phase secondary rectifier welding dueto its obvious technical advantage, is more and more popular in the welding fieldapplication, and has a unique application in the welding large size workpiece and highpower welding operation field.The paper use ST company production of a control chip STM32F103ZET6withhigh performance, low power consumption, and having the rich I/O interface, as themaster control chip of the resistance spot welding control system, designed anthree-phase secondary rectifier resistance spot welding intelligent control systembased on STM32. With STM32F103ZET6chip as the system control core design eachperipheral hardware circuit, including: the main electric circuit, welding machinestart-up circuit, network synchrous circuit, welding current signal processing circuit,SCR trigger circuit, electromagnetic valve drive circuit, etc. In order to improve theprecision of the current control,the paper adopted, point by point integral method forcurrent value calculation. Based on the characteristics of fuzzy control, the papercombined fuzzy control with the traditional PID control, design an fuzzy-PIDcontroller, the use of spot welding constant current fuzzy adaptive PID controlmonitoring the welding current. System adopts touch screen as the man-machineinteractive interface, real-time monitoring and display the system control parametersand running state, makes controller control the control system more direct, simple andconvenient. Software design using modular design ideas, design of the system modulesprogram, makes the control structure more clear, improve the control efficiency, andrealize the control of the welding machine.The control system through the operation debugging, the system can be stableand reliable operation, the technical indicators have reached the predefined designrequirements.
