With the development of national industrial technology, domestic enterprises tofurther enhance the competitiveness of products, greatly increased the large-scaleprecision machining equipment demand. Bridge type boring and milling machine as oneof the most important members of more and more applications in the industrialproduction. Bridge type boring and milling machine as the high-precision processingequipment, in order to meet the requirement of processing precision, equipmentmanufacturers put forward rotation working platform in the boring and milling machineis less than a certain limit, so the deformation of foundation in the boring and millingmachine work must be controlled in a certain range. That is to say, the deformation ofboring and milling machine based on the normal operation of the device plays animportant role. Solid foundation of general adopts a bridge type boring and millingmachine, because the overall stiffness, reinforcement generally in accordance with thestructural reinforcement. The device generates decision factors unfavorable deformationis mainly decided by the foundation and soil conditions.Bridge type boring and milling machine for metal cutting machine tools,deformation for angle work platform plays a dominant role and not shaking generated,but equipment foundation deformation produced by huge weight and bridge armmovement itself.The boring and milling machine based multi-scheme comparative analysis.Deformation of foundation under different parameters is calculated by the finite elementmodel, and in combination with the basic specification method for solving thedeformation, the pile length, thickness of the basis, analysis of pile arrangement. Inorder to determine the optimal scheme of foundation size, pile length, arrangement form, provide a useful reference for similar structure.
