With the rapid development of national economy, the growing demand for coke suchas metallurgical, machinery and chemical industry.Thus promote the coking industry outputincreased substantially, many large-scale coking plant in all parts of the country havesprung up.Coking industry faced with increasingly fierce competition in the market,the strength of the competitiveness depends not only on the strength of enterprises, butalso depends on the size of the enterprise management level.For the coal system as animportant part of coking enterprises, how to reduce the production cost, shortenproduction cycle, the faster time, lower cost for coking provides the high quality rawmaterials make the enterprise produce more cost-effective products is the key toenterprise development.Firstly, the article research on the method of building flexible of the enterpriseproduction management information system and propose user-oriented flexible,developer-oriented flexible,enterprise oriented flexible which is the flexible form ofmanagement information system. To analyse a certain coking enterprise for coalproduction system and the present situation of management. Through theinvestigation,we know that there are a lot of actual problems in the coal productionsystem which affects the production efficiency. On this basis,proposing a digitalcontrol platform scheme for coal coking plant system which is modernized andinformational, that restructure and redesign the coal coking’s management informationsystem and the underlying control system to achieve a higher demand for informationmanagement which lay a good foundation for enterprise development. This paper has studied the system function structure base on the demand analysisof the coal production management system and designed the function structure of theproduction plan module,equipment management module,process management module,personnel management module and inventory management module in detail.Accordingto the system for coal in the original network structure and enterprise layout,consideringthat the development of network technology,the cost of renovation and applicability etc,the analysisof the model on the basis of several kinds of network application,proposing the B/S combined with C/Smodel application of network base on the analysis of several kinds of network modelapplication.Lastly,complete database development.According to the production management system for coal to the needs of the dataand for coal production control system present situation analysis, the control systemfor coal to be redesigned.In heterogeneous network data integration, and based on theOPC technology of real-time database to the underlying isomerism control system realtime data collection.This topic the analysis of system development environment and runningenvironment, using the configuration software Intouch as human-computer interactioninterface, realize the production process flow monitoring, the function such asstatements.
