At present, in our national coal mine, the coal gangue cleaning work in the drilling field mainly rely on manual labor. Limited by narrow space of drilling field, it is difficult for ordinary loading equipment to display its ability in the drilling field. What’s more, the research and development for small loader which is more adaptable to drilling field environment and specialized for cleaning coal gangue in drilling field was still in its infancy. Therefore, it will be of great significance to develop a small loader specialized for drilling field for improving the efficiency of cleaning work in the drilling field.By reference to the structure of other small loader, in view of the specified environment of drill field which is narrow, this topic is aim at developing a small loader which is suitable for drill field using and to replace the manual labor to the coal gangue, namely a small loader in drilling field. This topic analyzed the movement situation of working device in the process of cleaning up the coal gangue, established a mechanical model of working device and implemented the designing of working device. First, by determining the bucket volume via estimating of the production efficiency, implemented the design of the bucket. Then, by determining the position of movable arm, position of frame and position of articulated points of movable arm and bucket achieved the structure design of movable arm. Lastly, set up the mathematical model by optimizing hinge points of work organs and come out a optimal solution of hinge point location by the constrained nonlinear optimization method.According to the optimized results, three-dimensional entity model of the work device is established in Solidworks, and virtual assembling is completed. And then import it into the finite element analysis in ANSYS Workbench, analysis two types of typical working condition-the working device in load and partial load. Get the cloud chart of deformation, stress and strain contours. By analyzing the cloud chart found the stress concentration and the largest areas of deformation. This process provides a reliable basis for the improvement of the whole machine structure.According to the working process of the mini loader in the drilling field, draw up the machine’s hydraulic system schematic diagram, carry on the design and calculating of hydraulic oil cylinder, make a selection type design for the travel motor and pump in the key parts of hydraulic system. Finally, by using virtual prototype technology and importing the model into ADAMS, the simulation analysis of kinematics and dynamics are conducted for the small loader working device. In some aspects of kinematics, it can meet the requirements for the performance of the whole machine and lay the foundation of further trajectory planning for this working device; In some aspects of dynamics, it has obtained changing curve under press of hydraulic cylinder and hinge point under the load of the positive load and partial load. It provides an important guidance for the continue research of improving the structure of the device.
