Since the twenty-first century, textile machinery industry develops rapidly, the needfor textile machinery is more and more. Yarn feeder is frequently used in the textilemachinery, it plays an important role in transporting yarn. As an component of yarnfeeder,anti-yarn plate’ role is leading yarn. In domestic enterprises in the process ofproducing anti-yarn plate, manual assembling still accounts for the main place, which isless efficient, expensive and far lower than the need for production and quality. It’sreflected in the degree of automation, stability and safety. So it’s necessary to develop ourown anti-yarn plate automatic assembly line.According to the requirements of some ZheJiang enterprise, We design a set ofassembly line with automatic feeding, automatic gelatinizing, automatic sticking ofporcelain eye and automatic baiting.First, briefly introduce the general developing situation both in abroad and domesticand elaborate detailedly about the significance and content of the research.Second, make a general design of automatic assembly line, detailedly introduce foursystem components, process flow, difficulties in design and control requirements.Third, design hardware and software of anti-yarn plate. including choices of PLC andservo-control system. Specifically describe the ways to guarantee the positioningpreciseness,the way to meet the need of rotary speed and the way to avoid thedisturbances on PLC.Finally, make the debug of assembly line. This chapter introduces the methods andprocess of debugging. which includes debug in lab and debug on spot.After debugging, the anti-yarn plate assembly line works stably with high assemblingefficience and safety. It’s almost meet the needs of the company and it also make somecontributions in developing of textile machinery, with high commercial and applicationvalue.
