| At present, with the development of economic,the petrochemical industry is taking an moreimportent role, and people are paying more and more attention on personal safety andenvironmental protected consciousness are more strong.So, the monitoring of petrochemicalindustry leakage and the early warning are particularly prominent.But the bad accidentfrequently occured inevitably.Wireless sensor network is a combination of multiple techniques, for instance, wirelesstechnology, microcomputer technology, electronic information technology and sensor technologyetc. The signal is fetched from the sensor nodes and transmitted to the information collectiondevice by router so that the observer can read the information within the area. It is featured withlittle volume, low cost and low power consumption.In this paper, the gas leakage alarm detection methods are summarized. And according tosubject the rest of the background to determine the alarm system, use the fixed detection andthrowing type node detection, combine wireless data transmission way to constitute a complexinformation acquisition system.The CC2530chip is used as main control chip to control,andnetwork protocol is IEEE802.15.4,the sensor node collect data, and transmit it to the center nodethrough the tree network structure,center node communicate with PC, and then use Labview todisplay the data in real-time.When accident happen,throw sensor which base on Zigbee wirelesssensor network’s AD hoc network and restructuring function, then analyse the anchor whihin thecircle centroid localization algorithm and Ranging Algorithm base on RSSI in depth,compromisethe merit of two kinds of algorithm to propose a localization algorithm based on theRSSI-Anchor Circle,so the location accuracy is improved.The paper is beginning with the existing petrochemical monitoring method and applywireless network to it. Electrochemical sensor is used as sensing device. The data can betransmitted to the upper computer by sensing node, multihop router node, and coordinator nodein order that daily detection can be completed. When there is emergency, the thrown nodes canrecombine with the fixed node to locate the leakage. NI’s Labview is used on the upper computerwhich may bring graphic interface and good man-machine interaction. The whole system canmeet the demand from daily detection and emergency response. |
