The article mainly talks about the middle-convex and varying ellipse piston’s skirt NCprocessing. Establish piston’s skirt line and surface using mathematical methods, and studyits molding method and processing characteristics.Fitting and interpolation method of piston’s skirt cross-section line and middle-convexline are discussed in detail. Focused on the cubic spline fitting method and achieved inMATLAB environment with high fitting accuracy also explore the piston’s skirt surfacemachining interpolation method. Describe the ellipse interpolation and cubic splineinterpolation method in points of discussion.Based on ACR9000motion controller, design the high frequency reciprocatingmicro-feed servo tool. Model and analyze the turret from the point of view of the systemdynamics and establish a closed-loop control system. Study the control characteristics usingMATLAB simulation.Design a PC-based open CNC system. The NC system is an open double CPUS systembased on ACR9000motion controller and industry PC. Parker’s dynamic link libraryComACRsrvr.dll is called by VC++6.0to develop NC system management softwaremodules on windows platform.Build a non-circular cross-section processing experimental platform to study themotors’ shaft linkage, debug hardware devices. The experiments prove that adjust theparameters of the control algorithm reasonable can make the linear motor servo systemfollow spindle’s high-speed rotary movement with high-precision to process a non-circularcross-section.The above research is mainly in the field of middle-convex and varying ellipse piston,while also have the important significance and practical value for other shape of pistonmachining. Has some significance for the other cross-section piston, as well as parts of thecomplex processing.
