Research On The Supervision And Administration Of Production Safety

With the further development of China’s socialist market economy, the economic andsocial activities have become increasingly complex, but the social production standardization,scientization and standardization level is still low, leading to production safety accidents haveoccurred in all aspects of. In the increasingly serious situation of production safety, strengthenthe local production safety supervision, research and the existence of our local productionsafety supervision problems and challenges, and actively seek specific solutions, hasimportant theoretical and practical significance. To strengthen the supervision andadministration of production safety, help to alleviate the current safety situation, is conduciveto the construction of new industrialization, is conducive to the establishment of harmonioussociety. This paper takes Sanhe as an example, to study the safety production supervision andmanagement of our local, analyzes the status quo of China’s local production safetysupervision and management and the existing problems, find out the reasons of the existingproblems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the existingproblems, hoping to provide reference method for our local safety supervision andmanagement in our country, improve the local production safety supervision and managementlevel.This paper uses the method of literature study and case analysis, analyzing the basicconcepts of safety production supervision, theory and significance taking Hebei Province asan example of Sanhe, through the study of the local safety supervision and management, theSanhe production safety supervision and management mainly has five aspects, specificallymanifested in the lack of local production safety supervision and management of normativedocuments, production safety supervision and management system is not perfect, productionsafety supervision and management mechanism is not smooth, security conditions of thesupervision and administration of production safety deficiencies, insufficient punishmentcorporate responsibility dummy and enterprise safety production base and culture needs to bestrengthened. To solve these problems, should improve the local production safety supervision and management of normative documents, strengthening the government supervision, thesafety production mold enterprise safety culture and to create a good external environmentand safety point of view, to seek solutions to the problems.
