Virtual reality is rely on computer technology, and by other output devices, andgenerate lifelike3D virtual scene moving, simulation a objective existence of the realworld, or simulate an imagined people dream of its territory. Hardware technology andsoftware technology is the combination of an advanced technology. There is muchprospect of the virtual assembly’s application to the industry and strengthening researchon virtual assembly technology based on Cult3D is of great significance.The hydraulic support is the reality of the more common mechanical components,so this article describes how to use the Cult3D technology and HTML to achieveinteractive virtual disassembly and the actual conditions of motion simulation of thehydraulic support. Part modeling, environment settings, path planning and interferencechecking are main issues of virtual assembly. In this thesis, the main issues in virtualassembly sphere were acted as thread, and the trait and resolvent to these issues ofvirtual assembly based on Cult3D were analyzed and researched. Hydraulic supportinteraction disassembly and assembly process to build the disassembly process model,the3D solid geometry and behavior models of the various parts, Hydraulic supportinteraction disassembly and assembly functions Cult3D technology and its htmlprogramming.The first chapter a brief introduction in this paper the characteristics of the virtualdesign and hydraulic support development history and application status and descriptionof the subject content and technology roadmap, the second chapter explains removableplatform to function and related technologies, the third chapter describes thethree-dimensional solid modeling of the hydraulic support, the fourth chapterintroduction the hydraulic support virtual model function design, the fifth chapterdescribes the combination of hydraulic support virtual design platform with javascriptprogram and use.
