In casting, the vibration condition is an important casting process method. It canimprove the internal grain structure of casting and improve the mechanical propertiesof castings. The casting simulation is an advancing research on the numericalsimulation. With the simulation method which is coupling the dynamic mesh modeland the VOF model, the simulation of casting under the vibration conditions isintroduced to optimize the parameters of vibration and optimize the casting structure.With the simulation method which is coupling the dynamic mesh model, the VOFmodel and fluid-solid coupled model, the simulation method is introduced to analysethe clamping force, which has a great meaning on Vibration casting production.With the simulation method which is coupling the dynamic mesh model and theVOF model, the liquid metal state is simulating. Based on hydraulics principle, theexperimental scheme is projected, and the experimental results are consistent with theresults of numerical simulation. It shows that the simulation method can accuratelysimuate the casting filling process under the vibration condition.The classic model is recommended to perform the numerical experiments ofvibration parameters optimization. According to the orthogonal experiment table, the16groups of experiment scheme is projected. The weight matrix method is used todetermine the best solution, and the optimal vibration parameters of vibration is thatthe frequency is30Hz, the amplitude is0.3mm, and the direction is along thehorizontal direction of45°. In order to confirm the optimal vibration condition, theprofiled impeller is recommended. It shows that the cavity is full smoothly, and theresults is excellent.According to the optimal vibration, the brake bracket and the Stirring wheel aresimulated with the vibration casting. The the sharp corners of bracket appearsincomplete filling. And the mixing round the angle of the blade edge and the boss ofshaft appear incomplete filling. The original model is modified and the optimization scheme is determined finally.With the simulation method which is coupling the dynamic mesh model, theVOF model and fluid-solid coupled model, the simulation method is introduced toanalyse the clamping force of the impeller. First the impeller is simuated, and the wallpressure of cavity is collected to compute the transient dynamics and static analysis ofthe mould. Ultimately the smallest lock is determine during the mold filling process.
