The Drum Reclaimer is one of the core equipment of the mixing of raw materials in theiron and steel enterprises, mainly used for the production of raw materials pre-homogenizationprocess, removing the mixed material, unloading on the belt, and finally transferred to thenext one production processes.The material rake and its driving system is an important part ofthe drum reclaimer machine, the role of the rake Which is mixed materials, the drive systemprovides the driving force for the feed rake.In this paper, the research on rake and its drive system on the basis of a wide range ofinspection and research the correlative information both domestic and abroad, to rake drivesystem transformation as an example, the optimization design of rake device is got bytheoretical calculation,ANSYS simulationzing and design of electrical control and ransform.First, this paper points out the raw material rake drive system problems through theanalysis and calculation on the the feed rake original mechanical transmission, propose theprogram using hydraulic transmission instead of the crank, then design and select thehydraulic drive system.Secondly, starting from the rake mechanical structure, the paper set up the rake finiteelement model using ANSYS software, and conduct emulation analysis and analogue loadingverification, get the rake stress and strain contours,analysis and study the strength and stiffnessof each part,and then change the rake structure size, reload the simulation, propose the rakeoptimization program from through the computational results.Finally, in this article,the electrical control system of the hydraulic system will beinstalling,configuring and debugging, using Concept V2.5software for PLC programming,Using Proface software establish human-machine interface of monitoring, testing theconfiguration,and monitoring the main components of hydraulic systeml.
