Study On The Rolling Quality System In Cotton

In the provision of our country’s cotton standard, the maturity degree,color features, rolling quality of the cotton are three conditions to constitute the color grade. But people always pay attention to the color and maturity in the inspection process, and less attention to rolling quality, that caused some cotton machine industry sacrificing the quality of the design parameters to increase production in design of processing the equipment. At the same time, the cotton processing enterprises are also lack of emphasis on rolling quality. This problem has been attached great importance to the relevant departments. It is necessary to establish a separate a separate a rolling quality standard system to assess the product quality of cotton processing enterprises.The GB1103"cotton, fine cotton" standard revision lasted for many years,which was organized by China Fiber Inspection Bureau and participated by experts in the cotton industry. It is an important part of the cotton quality inspection system reform, which makes rolling quality as one of important indexes to measure the quality of cotton. I participated in part of the cotton rolling quality work of the project, defined and illustrated how to grasp rolling quality test indicators in the inspection process, which constitutes an important part of GB1103"cotton, fine cotton" standard.In this paper,I analyzed the factors about the rolling quality in cotton process. The seed cotton ginning and processing,lint mixed,Sample test,Lint mixed,Standard production and other aspects of the links were detail analyzed through skin clean machine and embossing machine driving influence grade test, discharging test,clear stiff test,test,collect test lint percentage ginning quality test and Chi points and test the effect of rolling quality. According to the appearance,defect types and degrees, ropy, soft seed epidermis, stiff, breaking seed sterile seeds,seed coat fragments with cotton fiber,neps,total defect grains and other indicators, the rolling quality grade and standard material situation were detail described. The measures to improve the rolling quality was proposed and established a complete quality evaluation system which covering the cotton production, processing, use and circulation area is very useful.
