The Establishment And Research Of The Quality Standard System Of Color Newspaper Printing

Newspaper has strong timeliness,which is one of the main ways for people to obtain information.Since its birth,newspapers have been impacted by radio,television and the Internet,and now they are even more impacted by mobile phones.Everyone is the media.However,the waves are scouring the sand,and newspapers are old and strong.Newspaper offices generally have affiliated printing plants,especially newspaper printing factories,which are born of newspapers and kept by newspapers.Based on this reality,under the impact of Internet media,how to improve the quality of printing products and enhance the competitiveness of products in the market is the main content and strategic highlight of newspaper printing practitioners.Modern newspaper color printing has been realized for a long time,with high speed,multi-color,multi page and multi-element.The color management system has been applied,and the production process has been standardized and digitized.However,due to the limitation of region,cost and talent,most of the parameters are lack of data control in the production process.Even if the control is carried out,the parameters are mostly based on empirical value or "borrowing principle".Therefore,the printing quality fluctuates from time to time,which can not maintain long-term stability and high quality.In this paper,iso12647-3 2013 international standard,GB/T 17934.3-2003 national standard newsprint cold set ink offset printing were analyzed,and the actual situation of enterprises was also compared and analyzed.It also analyzes the factors that affect the printing quality of color newspaper,excavates the details that affect the quality,sorts out the parameters,standards,process control,etc.Because color newspaper printing is essentially a reproducing industry,the impact of primary and auxiliary consumables is huge.Therefore,we also study the quality specification of printing consumables and analyze the performance parameters of various kinds of consumables actually used by enterprises.In addition,the process of color newspaper printing,such as exposure,plate linearization,screening parameters,making printing test forme,obtaining printing characteristic data and making nespaper printing profile are analyzed and studied.According to the standardization method of quality control,the quality standard of color newspaper following international standards and suitable for enterprise development is put forward,such as standardization of materials such as ink and paper,standardization of equipment,standardization of production process and standardization of prepress production.Establish the printing standardized parameter data suitable for enterprises and domestic consumers,so as to improve printing quality,improve efficiency,save cost,and improve competitiveness and reputation.
