The Design Of Control System Of Jacquard Warp Knitting Machine

As the quantity and quality requirement of warp knitted fabric are increased continuously,warp knitting machine is moving at high speed, high accuracy, high stability, high-quality and highly intelligent direction. Traditional microcontroller and PLC to control the system, processing speed, scalability, and intelligent application control and efficient algorithm has been difficult to meet the control requirements. Therefore, the development of a control system based on embedded system and industrial Ethernet,which has important significance and value of the application and development of warp knitting machine.In this paper, the warp knitting machine, jacquard control system mainly consists of industrial control machine, jacquard controller, jacquard repeater, jacquard drive and jacquard guide yarn needle. The whole system adopts industrial Ethernet Ether CAT bus for data transmission. Jacquard controller as the master of the whole system, can simultaneously communicate with a plurality of repeaters Jacquard, responsible for the management and handling of the entire network communication protocol of the data, is the initiator and maintainer of data communications.Jacquard repeater as slave station, responsible for receiving data frame sent by the master, by processing the data frame, and controller of information interaction, and will receive the data sent to warp drive, drive by the jacquard to real-time motion control jacquard.Through the research and test of industrial Ethernet Ether CAT bus. The control system is given,the jacquard controller and jacquard relay software and hardware are designed respectively.Jacquard controller is designed under Linux and runs on this ARM platform, including the storage unit, communication unit, power supply and clock unit and other hardware facilities. Jacquard repeater uses ARM+FPGA architecture to complete data communication with the controller circuit.The embedded technology and industrial Ethernet technology into the warp knitting machine jacquard control system, the control system to achieve the following promotion : Faster transmission,larger packet capacity, better real-time response, the system has stronger ability to resist interference,and more convenient scalability and upgrades aspects. Help to improve the speed of warp knitting machine control system and intelligent level.
