Hydraulic support is the one of the key equipment of the integrate mechanization coal mining. England has successfully developed the first hydraulic support since the year of1954. Solars all over the world make a lot of design improvement and Popularize and apply it. It makes intergrate mechanization in each step of the process of coal mining.HydrauIic support has ensured the safty of fully mechanized working, increased the coal mining, and improved the efficiency of coal mining.At present, the traditional hydraulic support are based on the four-link as the core mechanism, because of its own structural defects, it can not bear mine face pressure, resulting in hydraulic support a larger internal force, easy to appear unstable situation, there are many unsafe factors, affact the effect of intergrate coal mining mechanization. Therefore, in order to avoid the defects of the traditional principle of hydraulic support, it should start with its core mechanism, to find a more reasonable mechanism instead of the traditional four-link mechanism, this mechanism should be able to achieve both the traditional hydraulic supporting role, but also to improve the hydraulic support and good stress state, to ensure the safety of coal mining order.Based on reading a lot of hydraulic support and short freedom parallel mechanism data, combined with the actual working condition of the hydraulic support, and many other advantages of short freedom parallel mechanism, such as high stiffness, good adaptity, simple structure, and high carrying capacity, based on the research, the short degree of freedom parallel mechanism will instead of the traditional four-link mechanism, is applied to the hydraulic support to form a new freedom parallel mechanism.First of all, on the3,4,5short degrees of freedom parallel mechanism on the basis of theoretical analysis, it finds that3RPS type3degrees of freedom,4-SPS/CU type4dof parallel mechanism is suitable for hydraulic support in the configuration, and it is difficult to apply existing5degree of freedom parallel mechanism among them, so to design a new type4-SPS/RPS5degree of freedom parallel mechanism, and the building up of3,4,5short degrees of freedom parallel bracket simplified three-dimensional model in Solidworks.In ADAMS in the3,4and5DOF parallel support beam trajectory simulation, and the forward kinematics solution and inverse solution of contrastive analysis, at the same time, using Ansys Workbench statics analysis to contrast; and to explore in the coal seam with large dip angle of3,4,5short degree of freedom parallel support adaptability. Based on the3,4,5DOF parallel bracket is the study on the comparison of short degree of freedom parallel mechanism, choose the most suitable for parallel hydraulic support configuration.
