Research On The Plat-making Quality Parameters Of Electronic Engraving Gravure

Because the quality of the gravure cylinder has an important influence onthe quality of gravure printing, the high speed development of gravure printingput forward higher requirements about the quality of the gravure cylinder. Inorder to reduce the resources consumption in plate-making process andimprove the quality of the gravure roller, this paper analyzed and researchedthe plate-making process and key factors affecting the quality of electronicengraved gravure, and the paper obtained the quality parameter of eachprocess. The Research of this paper makes the process more standardized,plate-making quality more stable, and provides the basis for revising relatedstandards.The paper analyzed and researched around the five key workingprocedure in process of plate-making technology, image production,machinery process, electroplating process, electronic engraving process andproof process. The key content is as follows:(1) Based on the factors influenced to the quality of the plate in theprocess of image production, the paper identified the requirements about thequality of the manuscript, color draft.(2) Through analyzing the influence of machining precision to the qualityof the plate making, the paper established the machining precision parametervalues.(3) Through researching the appearance, hardness, thickness of copperplating layer and appearance, hardness, thickness and surface roughnessarameters of chromium layer, the paper established the quality of copper andchromium layer parameter values.(4) The paper studied the relation between engraving line, cell Angle,carving needle and the size of cell and the printing effect by the experiment.,which provide basis for choosing appropriate electric carving data. Through researching the process of preparng carving, the paper established the tableof carved standard value which provide standard data for preparing carving.(5) According to the requirements of gravure printing quality and plate-making process, the paper obtained proofing quality parameters andparameter values.
