Printing and papermaking are both important inventions in ancient China,which have made immeasurable contributions to the development and progress of world printing technology and human civilization.Engraving gravure printing,as a printing technology with strong anti-counterfeiting properties such as banknotes and stamps,started late in China and lags behind Western countries in its development.Gravure printing pressure is a key factor to ensure the transfer of ink to the substrate.This subject takes the two-unit gravure printing experimental machine as the research object,and the following research is done through the method of combining simulation analysis and experiment: 1)The effect of the printing pressure of the two-unit gravure printing experimental machine is studied.The gravure printing pressure has a certain range.The size not only affects the printing quality,but also affects the service life of the printing plate.The production of the printing plate is difficult.The printing pressure is researched to achieve the maximum service life of a printing plate;2)The printing impression cylinder and gravure printing plate of the experimental machine are studied and analyzed.The pressure between the cylinder,the pad and the paper and its influencing factors are simplified according to the force characteristics of the printing impression cylinder and the gravure printing plate cylinder,the simple supported beam model is established,and the theory and finite element of the international gravure printing organization are used.The analysis method carries out statics analysis and modal analysis on the impression cylinder and the gravure printing plate cylinder,and it is concluded that no resonance occurs at the normal printing speed of the experimental machine;3)The analysis verified the fracture mechanism of the printing plate of the engraving gravure printing machine.According to the description of the fracture mechanism,the printing plate fracture is brittle fracture.Under high-speed printing,the yield strength of metal is very high,and on the trailing edge and undercut edge of the printing plate,the high three-dimensional stress strengthens the tensile normal stress to several times the yield strength,reaching a very high level.The value of,thereby triggering cleavage fracture;4)The pressure test method between the impression cylinder and the gravure printing plate cylinder is studied,and the method of combining simulation analysis and experiment is used to analyze the influence factors of pressure,mainly considering the influence of vibration and other factors on printing.The influence of pressure,machine vibration will make the printing pressure uneven.
