Chemical treatments and mechanical actions are traditional cotton textile biofinishing processings,which are harmful to environment and have long processing period.By using cellulase,it can not only overcome the above shortcomings, it also can make the surface become smooth,pilling resistance and make the cotton textile get soft and fleecy characteristics. A series of problems in the application of cellulase are studied, the results are as follows:Some reaction conditions of the simulation of cotton textile biofinishing by cellulase have been investigated.The reaction conditions were obtained:temperature is50℃, quantity of enzyme is less than1%, shock speed is140r/min, initial pH is4.8.The synergy of the different components of cellulase in the washing process has been studied.The results indicate that different sources of cellulase preparation has different reaction characteristics.Different components of cellulase can complement each other and improve the washing effect through appropriate combination.Domestic cellulase BL-104was compounded with commercial enzyme Genencor P200and Novozymes939, when the volume ratio was about1:1,endo-β-glucanase and exo-(3-glucanase obtain a certain degree of optimization on the composition ratio, the cotton fabric weight loss rate caused by Novozymes939and Genencor P200increased91.1%and134%respectively.The synergy between the cellulase and other enzyme (pectinase BL-204, cellobiase BL-305, xylanase BL-404) has been investigated. Domestic cellulase BL-703was combined with other enzymes.The proportion of cellulase,pectinnas-e,xylanase and cellobiase used to wash mercerized cotton fabric,pured cotton denim and pured white cotton cloth is1:0.2:0.1:0.3,1:0.1:0.1:0.2,1:0.2:0.2:0.3respectively.At present the evaluation of biofinishing cotton textile is mainly based on the qualitative analysis method, the subjectivity of this mothod is strong and the mothod lacks scientific nature.5kinds of commercial celluloses have been used to biofinishing the blue denim."Snowflake" effect,indigo-backstaining effect and abrasive effect are characterized by measuring the weight loss rate of denim, the blue channel average of white fabric of scan,the absorbances of waste indigo and the absorbances of reducing sugars. And according to fuzzy mathematical concepts, the experimental data has been valued by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. An quantitative evaluation method has been established,the method has utility value in the field of biofinishing cotton textile.
