Study On The Preparation And Application Of Anti-corrosion Coatings In Automobile Engine Mmanufacture

This thesis is a research on anticorrosion coating on exported cars through sea transportation and the design of its application process.Since China’s accession into the WTO, foreign trade has developed rapidly, a great amount of manufactured products have been exported abroad, therefore, anticorrosion and antirust of metal products through ocean transportation become urgent needs; anticorrosion coating used for ocean export has been approved by the market due to its splendid properties of antirust, scratch-proof, corrosion-resistant, etc.With the disadvantages, such as high content of heavy metal, poor leveling property, relatively shorter salt-spray resistance time and so on, domestic products can hardly compete with foreign products; on the other hand, because most of foreign products are imported with the form of end products, it is almost impossible to adjust and improve foreign products in line with customers’ working environment. In order to expand the scope of applying domestic anticorrosion coatings, and to reduce the harmful effect on environment and human body, it becomes imperative to develop a type of environmental protection anticorrosion coating.The paper plans to select a suitable product after analyzing the characteristics of various types of anticorrosion coating, research on its preparation and technological conditions; with a view to the sea transportation, apply the improved product to the automotive industry’s export shipping process to protect the surface of engine from corrosion. The paper mainly discusses the technological scheme about applying the anti-rust coating to factories, related facilities, as well as cautions of management and operation procedures, etc; so as to promote Chinese automobile industry, open the international market, seize the opportunity to enhance the international image.
