Benefit Evaluation Of The Practice Modes Of Alternative Livelihood In Baoxing Integrated Ecological Management Demonstration Area

The sustainable development of population, resource and environment is now the subject of the world, which has been paid widespread attention to. Community Livelihood improvement is an important method of Sustainable development of integrated ecological management.With the principle of simultaneous development of ecological protection and community, with the goal of implementing integrated ecological management, Baoxing integrated ecological management demonstration area carried out the research of traditional livelihood and designed a new livelihood mode that accommodates the development of Baoxing. Taking year2010as the base year and year2010through to2012as the evaluation period, the livelihood modes in Baoxing county were reasonably categorized, based on which, typical alternative modes suitability evaluations were carried out in the areas of planting, breeding,resource, developing, operating, ecological agriculture and so on. Deficiency occurred in the process of implementing the alternative livelihood in Baoxing was preliminarily discussed and research prospect was put forward, which becomes the scientific reference for Baoxing and other similar counties in further implementing alternative livelihood and is with both theoretical and practical value.Aiming to integrated ecological system management, with the principle of combining details and entirety, giving prominence to key points and making overall plans and coordination, on the basis of national relevant law and policy as well as local planning, taking " demonstration, guiding, support" as the theme, this thesis talks about the content of alternative livelihood implement plan that gives prominence to7major action programs, they are:"Community alternative livelihood implementing team building","Typical alternative livelihood modes promoting base building","Fund raising system setting",""Company+Association+Base+Farmer" operation mode setting","Agricultural information platform optimizing", etc. And according to the planning of typical alternative livelihood modes placement and implementing, this thesis formulates the supervision mechanism and evaluation mechanism for making action plans, guaranteeing the successful implementing of alternative livelihood plans.
