| Based on the status of relocation lag of Zhangfushanvillage, the stoping rate of eastern partwas significantly lower than the western part, which lead to the situation of the multi-levelventilation stoping of-340m level and-410m level, that causes the ventilation confusion, and thesafe and effective ventilation is difficult to be formed. According to the existing ventilationsystem and the status of the middle plane layout of Jinshandian Iron Mine, based on ANSYSCFX fluid simulation software, put forward the modeling method in negative pressure sectioninstead of the negative pressure at the exit of the fan, building the overall mine ventilationsimulation network3D model. With the simulates of the existing ventilation network’s merrystreamline distribution and merry flow direction, the air-polluted problem of-410m to-340mlevel and local area-ventilated poorly can be identified. For seeking the mining ventilationoptimization system of Multi-level Stoping, put forward four possible plans: East auxiliaryshaft-340m air-return plan, east auxiliary shaft-270m air-return plan, the new return air shaft-340m air-return plan and the new return air shaft-270m air-return plan. By the simulation andanalysis of wind speed and negative pressure of the outlet of each air-return program the optimalplan by the principles of less fan energy and air volume. Based on the method of orthogonal testanalysis, take the three factors and three levels analysis of negative pressure of the fan to centralslip-breaking system, west air-return shaft and new air-return shaft, get the fan negative pressure-outlet velocity function, achieve the optimal allocation of ventilation system air flow and fan’snegative pressure. With the fluid simulation software ANSYS-CFX, use the technology of negative pressureinsted the outlet air pressure, the overall mine ventilation system simulation model was bulit, which achieve ventilation system problem identification, ventilation system optimization andparameter selection, overcome the problem of overall system ventilation simulation, which hasstrong applicability. |
