Receiver is the main sounding part of the mobile phone,the receiver mesochite mentioned in this article is the important structure constituent of the receiver. The sounding diaphragm in thickness of2μm needed to be bonded into the mesochite surface, and it requires extremely high dimensional accuracy and mechanical strength, so it is an injection molded plastic part of high-precision. The research targets are the part design of the receiver mesochite, injection mold design, injection molding parameters debugging and improvement, the application of injection molding automation production process and using the computer aided analysis software to optimize the product structure design.This article firstly introduces the structure and working principle of the mobile phone sounding parts (the speaker and receiver), and selects injection molding materials using star contour model method according to the sevice environment and performance requirement of the receiver. As a result, the PPA+60%glass fiber is selected. This article also clarifies the part structure design of the receiver mesochite, including product wall thickness, the draft gngle, dimensional accuracy of the metal insert sealant, parts size accuracy and design of the surface quality.Secondly, this article discusses the injection mold structure of the receiver mesochite part, and illustrates the design of injection system, mold design elements, selection and design of mold cavity, the layout of the cooling water and the design of mould parts, etc.Again, this article discusses the molding production process of the receiver mesochite part, and expounds the principle of determining five elements of injection molding including injection velocity, pressure, temperature, time, and location. On the basis, we determine the initial process parameters combining the raw material performance of the receiver mesochite plastic part, mold structure and injection molding machine parameters. Then, we take a mold testing and analysis the result. We optimize the process parameters of the the receiver mesochite injection molded parts using the orthogonal experiment aginst typical defects, get the effect of the related process parameters on the mesochite surface warp defects, and determine the further adjustment direction of process parameters. We adjust injection molding process parameters according to the direction, and import the automated production of injection molding, until the production of fully qualified products. Finally, the article illustrates the mathematical model principle of mold flow analysis, takes plastic flow analysis, cooling analysis and buckling analysis of the products by Mold flow analysis software-Mold flow, points out the possible defects in the forming process, and provides the basis for the product design optimization. Then we modified the structure design directly according to the analysis results, and get satisfactory results after the second simulation.
