Research On Textiles Waste Recycling System Construction Based On Circular Economy

With the improvement of living standard and apparel diversity and individual needs,apparels replace quickly, but the textiles waste recycling is still in its infancy stage. Therefore,the establishment of an effective textiles waste recycling system has a positive effect on wastereduction, resource conservation and mitigation of environmental degradation.In this paper, based on the theory of circular economy, by comparing the domestic textileswaste recycling situation with other countries’ situation, it finds that there are many problems,such as lack of government regulation and related policy, monotonous approach, the weak ofrecycling technology, lack of environmental awareness. Therefore, the paper aims to constructthe system of textiles waste recycling and the proposal of implementation.Government should actively promote the garbage classification， raise residents’environmental awareness, provide policy and technical support to some enterprises and improverelevant laws and regulations. Professional recycling companies set up bins and are responsiblefor recycling. Charity carry clothes donation activity in parks, squares and other places, thenthey put some clothes in charity shops or sent directly to the poverty-stricken areas. Associationscan establish a network platform for recycling.
