Study On Pan Yi Coal Preparation Plant Flotation Process System

The separation of fine coal in the coal industry is playing an increasingly important role.Flotation is one of the most effective methods to deal with fine coal (<0.5mm),and the flotation will directly affect the yield and quality of the product.High fine mud ash and yield will seriously affect the selectivity of its flotation.Based on the nature of Panyi slime analysis,a series of tests of different fine mud yield impact on the flotation process are conducted,and expounds the necessity of Panyi coal preparation of deslimed flotation feed.On this basis,a series of industrial tests are conducted,which is researching desliming effects of flotation feed desliming pond,clean slime sieve bend controls top size,application effect of different tank boby cross-section flotation machine with the roughing as well as the effect of all roughing clean slime recleaning.Finally,a system performance inspection on the existing flotation process system of Panyi coal preparation plant is done to test the effect of the technology.The experimental research shows that,higher fine mud yield will make the flotation effect deterioration in the flotation process. When fine mud yield of over35%, the impact on flotation concentrate ash increased significantly.The increase of fine mud yield also reduces the selective flotation agent.When the fine mud yield of55%or65%, it will be unable to get the clean products which ash content of less than13.50%.Flotation feed desliming pond as a special device can achieve36%desliming rate alhough it just has70m2And it provides a basis for desliming flotation,and also play a role of buffering when flotation feed. By adjusting the frequency of floatation feed pump, it can on-line control the average speed of rising water and adjust the desliming indicators timely.By contrast multiple tests rectangular cross-section flotation machine and inverted trapezoidal flotation machine,it proved the indicators of rectangular cross-section flotation machine are better than the inverted trapezoidal flotation machine.Cleaning is a supplement to the roughing.By maximizing the clean coal combustible recovery rate in the roughing process, and then in the cleaning link,do the separation of the fine mud again which have not been effective separation in the roughing flotation machine, improve its selectivity The flotation process system of Panyi coal preparation plant can be adapted to different types of coal,and can solve the problem of coal particle thinner and serious gangue mudding caused by slime water.It is worthing popularization and application in other coal preparation plant and can bring considerable economic and social benefits for the enterprise.
