With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the highly strained landresources, the development of floor space is limited and other reasons. Manybusinesses will be targeted to the development and utilization of underground space,more and more underground commercial street in the city which, however, with thewidespread use of underground commercial street and continue to build, its securityis increasingly a cause for concern. Underground Commercial Street is a commercialpublic spaces, in addition to general commercial buildings with a high concentrationof people, traffic is not fixed, operating characteristics of commodity diversification,there also exists a complex internal structure, evacuation and rescue difficulties andother factors. And underground commercial street in a relatively closed state,generally do not have direct access to the floor doors and windows, in the event ofemergency, the situation is not easy to control, difficult to effectively emergencyrescue work. For these reasons, an urgent need to build a more scientific andreasonable emergency rescue command system, underground shopping street after asudden accident analysis and evaluation of effective, given the optimal emergencyrescue command programs to reduce casualties to the maximum extent and the lossof people and property.This paper first describes the underground mall common types of accident andemergency features, in order to illustrate the impact of underground commercialstreet accidents and possible consequences of the accident.
