The demand growth of the textile market and the development of technological level,bring great opportunities and challenges to the dyeing and finishing industry. Currentdyeing and printing enterprises processing textiles mainly rely on the dyeing machinecontroller, which enables automatic measurement and control processing. Thetraditional dyeing machine controllers generally use single-chip and programmablecontrollers PLC, while single-chip has slow computing speed, poor anti-interferenceability, and is difficult to maintain. The programmable controller PLC has high cost,poor network. In order to improve the automation level and market competitiveness ofdyeing and printing enterprises, this paper study on the control system of dyeingmachine based on ARM chip LPC1768.This paper proposes a new design scheme of the dyeing machine control system,based on the summarization of the dyeing machine and product function ofKB300M.The hardware part of the program uses the LPC1768as the master chip,communicates with the system and site by CAN bus and RS485. It can also control themotor running by collecting external temperature, liquid level and switch state. Themain part of the software designs a friendly interface based on the transplant of UCGUIand file system. It can achieve field programming by setting the interface function.This paper has also improved the temperature control algorithm of the control system,the traditional PID control algorithm parameter is difficult to set, and the fuzzy controlalgorithm is subjective. Now we use adaptive PID control algorithm combining bothadvantages to achieve closed-loop control.Experiments show that this control system is good at driving the liquid crystal screen,controlling the motor, and achieving a precise temperature control. It greatly improvespower consumption, cost and reliability of the system, so that the automation’s level ofthe enterprise is successfully improved.
