In today’s "China manufacturing 2025" era background, upgrading and transforming manufacture equipment is more and more necessary and urgent. enterprises are facing an unprecedented crisis and responsibility.Textile jigger what is a printing and dyeing equipment decides the quality of fabric printing. Old traditional printing and dyeing equipment’s automation level is not high and cannot be gradually accepted by the market, because the old traditional printing and dyeing equipment cannot guarantee the speed of two motors to be kept constant. So, it is urgent to study the printing and dyeing equipment which is armed with high level of automation. The key of this is the synchronous control of two motors.Firstly, the paper introduces synchronous control of jiggers and its related technical background, and expounds the importance and necessity of improving and upgrading the textile equipment in the background of "China made 2025". Secondly, the paper built the overall framework of the hardware by modeling the physical module of jigger machine equipment. By means of the mathematical modeling of the jigger’s motor’s winding and volume function, the study of its theoretical basis of its adaptive control is established, the important parameters of the system are defined,the means of data and control acquisition are decided. Then, according to the front of the theoretical basis, the paper introduced system of hardware module and the core circuit design and the DSP software development.The circuit part includes each acquisition module, the alarm module and control module and so on.The software part includes the VB system of the host computer, the logic frame of the Android system and the lower computer software. Finally, it has carried on the summary to the system. The system successfully reached the synchronous control by using an adaptive algorithm, the aim which is keeping line speed and the cloth tension constant and improving quality of product.
