The main content in this thesis based on the conditions of betch production in carding, web forming and spunlacing compare when length, fiber titer, crimps, oil length, and oil type of viscose fiber is different, different physical targets and different useful characters. This article through a lot of long times useful experiments acquire conclusion. Experiment shows that by increasing the length of viscose fiber, decreasing the fiber titer, with more fiber crimps can increase the product strength, especially when the fiber titer is finer, both the product strength and surface are improved, this means the production cost is decreased with the same product quality maintained. When spunlace nonwovens is used on leather for base, reducing the length of viscose fiber, decreasing the fiber titer and crimps is suitable. But when spunlace nonwovens is used in medical health industry, to require more fiber crimps, reducing length and titer of viscose fiber and high whiteness.
