Kitchen waste is seriously affecting the city’s image, public health and the environment,so it urgently need to resolve. Kitchen waste contain high level fat and protein, which couldbe heated and dried to be the raw material of feed. And then go through finish machining. This technology not only solves the problem of pollution-but also provides new source fordeveloping the raw material of feed. This study Main treatment methods of food residue at present were introduced, producing microfeed with kitchen waste was described in detail. Its development prospectswere further explained with test data. This study utilize the fodder yeast to ferment kitchenwaste, In order to achieve resource utilization of the kitchen waste and reduce environmentalpollution. By a serial of single factors tests, we groped for affect of fermentation time, urea, inoculum size, fermentation temperature and other factors on yeast growth, hereby, theoptimal formula of microfeed was acquired. By orthogonal design (L934) tests, thefermentation conditions of producing microfeed from kitchen waste were optimized. Resultsshowed that the optimal conditions were: fermentation time60h. urea2.5%, inoculum size7%, fermentation temperature38℃.The recycle of waste oil from kitchen waste could also bring economic, waste cookingoil with high acid value not only pollutes the environment, but also against the food security,it is great significance to produce bio-diesel using waste cooking oil, that can improve thewaste cooking oil value, enhance the protection of the environment and achieve sustainableeconomic development. At present, the material of bio-diesel mostly is rapeseed oil, soyabean oil, the use of waste cooking oil to produce bio-diesel is still just in the research stage. The best reaction conditions:170℃of reaction temperature,3h of reaction time, the amountof catalyst:2%,1∶12of molar ratio of methanol to waste oil, the best esterification rateis92.38%.There are rich Nutritional Components and a higher protein content in Broussonetiapapyrifera leaves, so it can replace part of normal fodder. The Acid Bacteria was utilized toferment mulbeny leaf, by a serial of single factors tests, we groped for affect of fermentation time, urea, inoculum size, fermentation temperature and other factors on Lactic Acid Bacteriagrowth, hereby, the optimal formula of abnormal fodder was acquired. By orthogonal design(L934) tests, the fermentation conditions of producing abnormal fodder from mulbeny leafwere optimized. Results showed that the optimal conditions were: fermentation time60h,urea2.5%, inoculum size9%, fermentation temperature36℃.
