With the high-speed development of industry and constant infrastructure construction,the mining of mineral resources has been continuously increased.As the main transportation equipment for small and medium-sized mine,traditional mining dump trucks driven by diesel engines have problems such as large environmental pollution and high energy consumption and insufficient power.Hybrid power technology is applied to mining dump trucks,and the integrated design of hybrid power system and reasonable energy management strategy can effectively improve the power performance of the vehicle and reduce fuel consumption.In this paper,a hybrid mining dump truck with a full load mass of 30 t is used as the research object,and its transmission system structure,power component parameter matching and model selection and energy management strategy are studied.First,the hybrid drive system of different structures is analyzed and compared,and the drive system structure of the hybrid mining dump truck is determined,and the parameter matching calculation and selection of the engine,driving motor and power battery are completed which can meet design index.Secondly,after analyzing the working characteristics of the engine,battery and other components,a rulebased hybrid power system energy management strategy is designed.At the same time,in order to maximize fuel economy,aiming at the lowest fuel consumption,the Dynamic Programming algorithm is used to optimize the energy distribution of the hybrid power system.In view of the difficulty of real-time control of Dynamic Programming,the BP neural network is used to train the global optimal solution set of the Dynamic Programming solution,so that the algorithm can run in real time.Therefore,a global optimal energy management strategy for hybrid power system based on Dynamic Programming is designed.Finally,the traditional fuel mining dump truck and the 30 t hybrid mining dump truck using the studied energy management strategy are simulated.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional fuel mining dump truck,the power and fuel economy of the 30 t hybrid mining dump truck are significantly improved.
