As an important chemical intermediates, dichloropropanol is widely used in many fields. The polymer(ECH) is an important chemical raw material. At present, industrial production methods of dichloropropanol are high temperature chlorination of propylene, acrylic acid eater, glycerol hydrochlorination.Glycerol hydrochlorination to produce dichloropropanol in the falling film reactor has shown distinct advantages on several fields/without high temperature and high press, mild reaction conditions, without consumption of chlorine or hypochlorous acid, catalyst cheap and recyclable, high yield to dichloropropanol and environment friendly. The following aspects are mainly studied in this paper:gas-liquid distraction and mass transfer in the falling film reactor, the effect of different temperature, determined kinetics equation and compared kinetics equation in different reactors, explored the best extraction conditions.Through experiments, the flow of HC1is40L/h, the flow of glycerol is200mL/h, the catalyst ratio is0.5mol/kg glycerol, temperature ranges from90to130℃. Fitting kinetics equation with MATLAB and compared kinetics equations in the batch reactor and CSTR. In the falling film reactor, the reaction rate is27-34times more than CSTR. Extraction agent of tower top is MIBK, extraction stage is3, extraction rate is98.3%. Room temperature is the best extraction temperature.
