In recent years, air environment is haze pollution, which becomes more and morebad,automobile exhaust pollution is one of the sources of pollution, as a result, the countryto develop a more and more stringent vehicle tail gas treatment regulations. Calibration ofelectronic control engine technology to automobile fuel consumption, power, emissionsperformance optimization control play a key role in many aspects, but the traditionalartificial calibration method cannot satisfy the new requirements. Based on this, this papercarried out the low cost, short development cycle, calibration of high efficiency intelligentcalibration system research.In this thesis, study and learn from experience in the development of domestic andforeign engine calibration tool, study and designed based on CAN bus CCP calibrationprotocol as the communication protocol, BP neural network algorithm combiningintelligent optimization method of least squares as intelligent control algorithm calibrationsystem.The CCP protocol defined in a variety of calibration function carried on thethorough research and analysis, development and design of ECU side CCP driver and PCsoftware of data acquisition, data calibration and A2L file parsing function module.TheECU controller with Germany’s Infineon, Infineon XC276516controller as the main chip,the Tasking compiled software as the underlying driver writing platform, and use theCANoe to CCP ECU test of commands.PC software using the LabVIEW programminglanguage implementation of calibration interface and the development of the applicationprocess.In this thesis, the development of intelligent calibration system for diesel enginethrottle rpm torque, torque and fuel oil transfer linearization calibration pulse spectrumwere carried out, and the whole bench for diesel MAP calibration data were verified. While the experimental results were compared and analyzed, in order to optimize theperformance of the diesel engine can be electronically controlled fuel injection systems, inorder to speed up the development process electronically controlled diesel fuel injectionsystem and its controller to provide some data to support.
