Modern mold design to the development of CAD/CAE/CAM integrated system,in the beginning of the mold design using CAE software for injection moldingsimulation analysis, the flow analysis, cool analysis and warpage analysis can beobtained as a result. On this foundation, modify the mould structure design once again,this design method not only saves time, energy, more important is to save a largeamount of cost.This article is on the based of the CAE analysis, design and manufacture a kindof cake cover injection mold, from the final forming results, CAE technology w asmore accurate. The works of this paper was listed as follow：1The finite element analysis was carried out on the injection molding processaccording to the requirements，and the flow analysis and warpage analysis wasobtained under the condition of initial parameters;2The initial parameters was optimized, the product model was changed, and theflow analysis and warpage analysis was obtained under the new scheme;3Referring to the analysis results of CAE, using three-dimensional modelingsoftware for the die structure of entity modeling and designing draw;4The mold was manufactured in accordance with the design of mould, and beinginstalled and debuged after finish the mould.
