The Ecological Development Path And Strategies Research On Gong’an Country

Based on the theory of sustainable development, ecological economy theory, the circular economy theory and ecological theory, and rooted in the special characteristics of ecological environment and the strategic requirements of regional development of Gong’an, this paper makes a thorough analysis on the regional basic conditions of ecological development in Gong’an, and proposes the goals and strategies for gong’an ecological development. After clearing the requests of regional ecological development, and making the sensitive analysis of Gong’an county territorial ecology, this paper constructs the ecological pattern of Gong’an county on the basis of the ecological function regionalization and the special layout of ecology. Under the control of the ecological security pattern, the development of Gong’an county should be based on the reasonable layout of urban and rural residential living spots from different rate and scale, and take ecological industry as a support to construct development path-----the ecological development of urban and rural areas as a whole, which should conform to the pattern of ecological security framework, adapt to ecological industry, and aim at ecological urban and rural mutual impetus.First of all, this paper introduces the regional basic conditions of ecological development in Gong’an county from the following aspects:natural conditions, present situation of social and economic development, ecological sensitive factors, regional development trend and policy background, and so on. Due to the special natural geographical conditions of Gong’an county, the county’s ecological environment sensitivity is strong. This paper applies ArcGIS to studying the special ecological environment characteristics in this county to demonstrate the necessity of ecological development path for Gong’an. Based on actual conditions, this paper selects the eight ecological factors to do the single factor evaluation and integrated factors evaluation on Gong’an county ecological sensitivity, and gets the result of this evaluation analysis. Through this result, we form the pictorial diagram illustrating ecological environment sensitivity height distribution of every region in Gong’an county, which provides reference for the layout of every industry and the residential spots. In addition, considering the trend of current regional development and the policy background, the goals and strategic requirements of ecological development in Gong’an county are put forward. Then this paper discusses the specific measures for this county’s ecological development from two aspects, including ecological industry supports and ecological settlement spots system. In order to realize the ecological development of this region, the most important thing is to make the ecological industry provide a strong support for regional economy, because the reasonable and efficient ecological industrial system is the foundation for ecological industry which can develop healthily and rapidly. We should strive to make the ecological agriculture, ecological industry, and the ecological services support each other, complement in functions, and strengthen their horizontal connections. After having the right direction, the layout of Industry should take the local ecological environment condition into consideration. We should achieve the optimal combination of the industrial spatial layout in the premise of no impact or minimizing the impact on ecological environment. Production activities appearing in Areas inevitably will attract people to in live nearby, which gradually form the settlement spots. At the request of the overall urban and rural integration development, urban and rural settlement spots system should be rebuilt and optimized at the request of the spatial pattern of ecological development. So we should adjust the scale and layout of residential spots at all levels, in order to make it accord with the requirement of ecological development. We should promote reasonable division of labor between urban and rural areas as well as the rational allocation of public resources, and ensure the safety of the ecological environment to a great extent.
