With the least quality raw materials, according to a certain formula, the Wuhan Petrochemical various components of the device were reconciled in a relatively short period of time to produce the required quality and the lowest cost, high-quality petroleum products. And to create the greatest economic enterprise, a successful reconciliation were achieved as far as possible. In this paper, we analyzed the comprehensive device data, and optimized harmonic solutions of Wuhan Petrochemical to minimize excess quality, improve gasoline and diesel disposable reconcile success rate of our factory.The best ratio of Production93#gasoline vehicles is that Catalytic Gasoline: Restructuring blend: MTBE is equal to82:10:8or80:12:8. When we produce the ethanol gasoline93#, the amount of catalytic gasoline is selected between82%and85%, and the reformer blend is appropriate between10%and15%. The MMT gasoline antiknock amount is between50and80ppm. National III automotive diesel oil reconcile optimal distribution ratio is that atmospheric second-line:atmospheric three lines: Coking Diesel:catalytic diesel is equal to25:35:35:5. This paper examined the favorable and unfavorable effect on the performance diesel fuel additives of diesel. It determined that the maximum dosage of cetane improvers can not exceed1%.2ppm amount of antistatic agent added to can meet the requirements, and the optimum amount of anti-wear agents controlled150ppm.The laboratory studies used in production have achieved some results. The harmonic success rate of gasoline and diesel increased greatly, and excess octane number of finished gasoline has been controled a certain amount. In diesel, reducing the amount of cetane improvers and increasing the amount of low-quality catalytic diesel have brought good economic benefits.
