As the most basic requirement of human being, people are increasingly paying much more attention to safety and having higher requirement for safety production. Offshore oil and gas field exploration is one industry of high-risk recognized by the world, it has many incidents and caused serious casualties, property loss and environmental pollution, which causes huge uncertainty to enterprise management. China now is in the peak stage in self-exploration offshore oil and gas field, it has urgent requirement for safety production. Therefore, study on safety management of offshore production platform has important meanings to strengthen risk control of enterprise and guarantee common development of staff and enterprise.This thesis firstly makes systematic illustration for study state of people’s dangerous behavior, deeply discusses concept and characteristics of dangerous behavior, and introduces theories related to personal behavior in Management. Secondly, it uses Lufeng13-2platform safety management of CNOOC as study object, summarizes and arranges the dangerous behaviors in the production process, systematically classifies the causes of dangerous behavior, so that it designs questionnaire for causes of dangerous behavior. Through questionnaire carries out on production site, it gets the detailed causes of dangerous behavior appeared in different groups on work site as well as perception of safety benefit and incident cost. Finally, this thesis gives the enhancement strategies of implementing safety education and training, developing affection safety activity, improving award and punishment mechanism, establishing individual assessment system and strengthening safety leadership etc, which provides valuable reference for performance enhancement of Lufeng13-2platform safety management as well as safety management of other offshore platforms.
