In recent years,with the promotion of the national "The Belt and Road" around the country,China has put forward higher standards and requirements for green ports and smart ports.The safe shipment and supervision of maritime cargo transportation have become a key link.Combustion,explosive,radioactive,corrosive,oxidizing,toxic,polluting environment and other one or more hazards,if the relevant practitioners have mis-reported goods,concealed reports or improper stowage and isolation during the shipment process,it is extremely easy Caused major accidents such as cargo damage,ship damage,casualties,and marine environmental pollution.In view of the difficulties in understanding the rules system,the incomplete transportation system of dangerous goods,and the inadequate updating of knowledge in the process of transporting dangerous goods in marine packaging,according to the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Regulations and corresponding domestic regulations,and considering the needs of shipping-related enterprises,The cloud platform for the management of maritime packaging dangerous goods was studied and finally realized.The main work contents are as follows:(1)Based on the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code,the detailed analysis of the isolation level requirements for the shipment of dangerous goods by sea,the multi-cargo shipping isolation logic and isolation level plan were proposed and formulated for the first time.(2)Based on the Django framework development system,the Python programming language is used to develop the cloud packaging dangerous goods management cloud platform.The paper focuses on the relevance of the isolation query database of the marine packaging dangerous goods management cloud platform.It contains all the packaged dangerous goods in the "International Maritime Dangerous Goods Rules 39-18 Edition",a total of more than 3000 kinds,and the information includes the UN number,Properly transport the Chinese name,category,secondary hazards,packaging,special regulations,limits,exemptions,packaging guidelines,packaging regulations,etc.(3)Based on the establishment of the maritime packaging dangerous goods database and the feasibility development of the platform,the overall design plan of the maritime packaging dangerous goods management cloud platform is proposed,and the functional modules,including background management,front-end login,service cloud,knowledge cloud,Isolation Cloud,Data Cloud and Operation Cloud were designed in detail and implemented sequentially.(4)In addition,the platform provides data analysis processing and network resource pool sharing functions.On the one hand,it is mainly reflected in that the platform is loaded on the server cloud data terminal.The platform collects online data based on user data retrieval hot search volume,analyzes and processes the data,and uses the data cloud module to reflect shipping capacity and maritime cargo transportation course Guide;on the other hand,this platform provides domain name access features.Users can log in to the platform anytime and anywhere and use various cloud modules to achieve true cloud resource pool sharing,cloud data interoperability,and take the shipping industry to the road of intelligent navigation.The successful realization of this platform is of great significance for the safe shipment of packaged dangerous goods at sea,and provides searchable relevant data analysis,domain name access features,convenient learning,retrieval and resource sharing,and provides certain reference guidance for the safe shipment of relevant practitioners.
