At present in our country oil field workover wellhead operation process,is still in themanual operation,it is a heavy and dangerous labor.Therefore,there have been a lot of wellhead operations automation equipment,elevators are automatic workover equipment important constituent,realization of elevator automation is achieved by wellhead operation mechanization,automation is one of the major indications.This paper describes the operation of well repairing process,on the basis of this research,and various types of elevators(manual elevators,motive power elevators)technology and development status.Combination of workover technology requirements and characteristics of a new elevator is cylinder type automatic elevator scheme,and carries on the structural design and calculation.Design calculation,using Solid Works software to build3D model of elevator and the use of the finite element analysis and calculation for the main parts such as elevators,body detail the theory of finite element analysis,the strength fully meets the design requirements.Finally,the use of virtual prototyping technology in SolidWorks created 3D model into ADAMS software simulation analysis.Get one when working in the kinematic and kinetic parameters.through the analysis of the simulation results,show that the design of cylinder type automatic elevators to realize the design function,meet the workover technology requirements.simulation results also will do for the future design and Optimization Based on improved.
