In the process of oil exploration,workover operations play an important role.With most of the oilfields having been exploited,oil extraction equipment has become older,and the tasks have appeared more arduous.In order to improve oil recovery efficiency and reduce labor intensity,achieving automation ofoil extraction equipment has become a hot topic in recent years.The most common form ofoil production is tripping tubing,which occupied a lot of time,while the elevator is necessary to complete the job.For automation elevators have been studied by abroad,the domestic focus on the practical application and don't do deep research.AutomationElevators is regarded as the most important device.The thesisselected the elevator as research subjects.It may be meaningful to narrow the technology gap with foreign countries,to promote automation process of oil production,and to improve the market competitiveness of the elevators.There are two key actions for elevator to achieve the goal of automation.One is to achieve the elevator automatically flip,the otheris to open and close the door automatically.This paper used flip mechanism to solve the problems.Therefore,this paper regardeddynamic elevators as research subject,which may be accurate and meaningful.Its main contents are as follows:Firstly,the paper illustrated the importance of flip mechanism on automation,reviewed a wide range of applications and the research methods.According to the advantages and disadvantages of thedomestic and oversea elevator,the article surveyedthe core problems.Secondly,combining engineering project examples,the article designedthe main structure of elevator.After the different requirements between tiltingmechanism and door mechanism compared,it has initially designed the principle and chose the program.Thirdly,in order to know more about the elevator,the thesis did some research on the tilting mechanism and door mechanism.For the tilting mechanism,the research chose minimum values of driving force as optimization goal.While the door mechanism regarded cylinder stroke as emphasis.The results could modify the design of elevator.That could be simulated by ADAMS.Then,automatic elevators could be amended by results.In order to better understand the running state of the elevator,the paper carried on kinematic analysis about tilting mechanism and door mechanism,which may be used to control the movement,and coordinate with catwalk machine to complete the task.Lastly,for the purpose of automation,after the work of design and optimization,the paper designed hydraulic system of theflip mechanism.According to the order of the elevator work,the design of the hydraulic circuit system could ensure safety and order.Through production,processing and debugging,the automatic elevator designed in the article not only meets the work requirements,but also operates safely and placidly.The research could improve the market competitiveness of elevator,and offer another piece of study ideas to other means of flip mechanism.
