With the development of modern science and technology, more and more widespreadapplication of helical surfaces, its manufacturing technology has been rapid development,disc cutter without instantaneous research envelope milling methods to promote high-tech,high-precision, high-performance machinery involved in the development of products andmanufacturing. Combined with CNC technology, the paper in-depth study and comparisonof the spherical cutter, end mill, tip diameter is much smaller than the diameter of therotating disc cutter, each disc features a large diameter rotary milling cutter envelope, thusalso verified the importance of disc milling cutter theory.This paper studies the principle of spiral milling cutter disk surface, analyze the diskmilling cutter advantages and disadvantages of helical surfaces, the combination of theergonomic design of the CNC machine which is also an effective way to improveprocessing efficiency and accuracy. This paper proposes a "people-oriented" designprinciple, the real from the user’s behavior, habits and psychological factors departure,summed overall design principles of CNC machine tools, control panel design principles,color matching principle for future numerical design and optimization tool improve thedelivery of a new design concept and design elements.By the establishment of the relative position of the tool and the workpiece coordinatesystem, it studies the workpiece and the tool space meshing conditions, a trajectorymathematical model equations and solutions of the nonlinear equations proposed byquasi-Newton method, spiral milling surface machining method laid the theoreticalfoundation for further study high-precision complex.In this paper, three-dimensional dynamic simulation to achieve a milling cutter spiraldisk surface, using a triangular mesh modeling methods to design a simplified model of thescrew; the cutter whole is divided into several basic graphics rendering function ofOpenGL graphics rendering in turn, re-transform Tool attached to them by the OpenGLreorganized cutter overall, this method can be simplified model of the cutter.
